FocusPod / Ireland
Before you make room.
Clear answers about configuration, planning prices, delivery, installation and support for your project.
Which pod should I choose?
Start with the activity, intended number of users and furniture layout. Compare the model-specific interior and exterior dimensions, door opening and equipment before allocating floor space. Use the configurator to bring the selected model, furniture and compatible extras together.
Are these pods for indoor workplaces?
This range is intended for indoor workplace use. Review the surrounding room, floor suitability, power supply and ventilation with your facilities team. Do not treat an indoor acoustic enclosure as an outdoor garden building.
Does soundproof mean nobody can hear a conversation?
No blanket privacy promise applies to every room or conversation. Ask for the acoustic test information for the exact model and specification, and consider the surrounding office, placement and voice levels. Review sensitive-call requirements before choosing a pod.
Will delivery bring extra import charges?
Displayed prices are in EUR, excluding VAT. Delivery, selected installation and options marked Quote required are additional until confirmed in your complete quote. FocusPod handles the agreed arrangements and fees. The accepted quote includes the applicable VAT and agreed services, so nothing further is due on arrival beyond that quote.
What information do you need for delivery and installation?
Provide the full address and Eircode, receiving floor, loading point and site contact. Include doorways, corridor turns, stairs, goods-lift dimensions and load limits, plus access bookings or restricted hours. Review the actual package record for every selected item.
What does the sprinkler and fire-alarm option include?
It is a building-specific option. Confirm the equipment supplied, model compatibility, required connections and installation responsibilities with FocusPod and your building team. Selecting the option does not by itself confirm local approval or include every connection to the building system.
Where do I find dimensions and packing information?
Use Dimensions & details in the configurator for the selected model. Check interior space, exterior footprint, door access and packaging separately. Added furniture or equipment can affect the packing record and clearance requirements; request any missing gross weights before approving handling arrangements.
Can a pod move to a different office later?
Confirm the handling, dismantling and reassembly requirements for the exact model before planning a move. Check the route and responsibilities at both sites. Modular construction does not mean an assembled pod will pass through every doorway.
How do I include several pods or locations?
Add each configuration to your project. Identical designs combine into one line with a quantity; different layouts or options stay separate. Request the complete quote from the project review and include the address, Eircode and receiving requirements for every location. Different buildings can need different delivery and installation arrangements.
How do I confirm the delivery date?
Share your required date alongside the configuration and site details. Confirm the production, shipping and installation schedule for your order before relying on an arrival date. Building access arrangements and the final service scope belong in that confirmation.
Fire safety & building requirements
Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Yes. Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm combo in the configurator. It is priced per pod and included in your configuration total when selected. Your building manager may request it as part of approving the pod for your space; the equipment, building-system connections and installation scope are confirmed for your site.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
