Short calls or a desk-based day?

Start with how the space will be used. A compact booth can serve short calls; longer sessions need a furniture layout with room for your laptop, chair and normal working position. Compare the usable interior as well as the exterior footprint.

What does soundproof mean for a phone booth?

Compare the acoustic test evidence for the exact pod and specification. Speech reduction can make an office more comfortable, but it does not mean every conversation is inaudible outside. The surrounding room, voice level and placement affect the result; review sensitive-call requirements with your team.

Plan the position before choosing the finish.

Check the door swing, circulation route, nearby desks and available power. The pod needs room for assembly, airflow and servicing. Confirm clearances against the selected model rather than drawing only its footprint on the plan.
